Returns & Exchanges Policy
Quick Overview: We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Most products in excellent condition can be returned or exchanged, with certain exceptions for hygiene and customized items.
Eligibility Requirements
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Hybrid Mattresses (due to intimate nature and hygiene considerations)
- Comforters (once removed from packaging)
- Candles & Scents (for safety reasons once opened)
- Any items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
- Final sale items or clearance products (will be clearly marked)
The Return Process: Step by Step
- Submit Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and include the information in the template below. - Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with return approval and shipping instructions. - Package Your Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags and components. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. - Ship Your Return
Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. - Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges of eligible items:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged/incorrect item.
