Quick Overview: We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Most products in excellent condition can be returned or exchanged, with certain exceptions for hygiene and customized items.

Eligibility Requirements
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Hybrid Mattresses (due to intimate nature and hygiene considerations)
- Comforters (once removed from packaging)
- Candles & Scents (for safety reasons once opened)
- Any items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
- Final sale items or clearance products (will be clearly marked)
The Return Process: Step by Step
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and include the information in the template below.
Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with return approval and shipping instructions.
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags and components. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges of eligible items:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged/incorrect item.
